电传动装甲车辆电源系统建模与仿真

电源系统是电传动装甲车辆的核心,对其进行建模与仿真研究具有重要意义。电源系统的非线性特性导致了建模困难、模型精度低以及模型实用性差等难题,针对不同的部件特性采取不同的方法建立其仿真模型,完成了基于模糊控制的系统多目标优化功率分配策略研究。并在此基础上进行了部件和系统两个层次的仿真试验,证明所建模型能够较好地反映电传动车辆电源系统的工作特性。     

空降兵装备发展仿真实验研究

开展空降兵装备发展仿真实验研究,是促进空降兵装备快速发展的有效途径。提出了空降兵装备发展实验研究体系结构,在此基础上,重点对仿真实验研究的技术框架和模型体系的柔性设计进行了分析与研究,并对发展需求论证环境和作战运用研究环境的部署与运行方式进行了阐述,旨在为空降兵装备发展仿真实验研究的顶层设计及具体实现提供参考。

Optimal service‐capacity allocation in a loss system

We consider a loss system with a fixed budget for servers. The system owner's problem is choosing the price, and selecting the number and quality of the servers, in order to maximize profits, subject to a budget constraint. We solve the problem with identical and different service rates as well as with preemptive and nonpreemptive policies. In addition, when the policy is preemptive, we prove the following conservation law: the distribution of the total service time for a customer entering the slowest server is hyperexponential with expectation equal to the average service rate independent of the allocation of the capacity. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 光学成像制导技术是提升精确制导武器防空反导能力的核心技术之一,对提高复杂战场环境下精确制导武器的防空反导能力具有十分重要的作用。针对复杂战场环境下防空反导的需求,首先深入分析了各种复杂战场环境要素给光学成像制导武器带来的挑战,然后对未来光学成像制导技术发展趋势进行预测,最后结合我国光学成像制导技术发展现状,介绍了未来几年间需重点探索的几种新型光学成像制导技术。     

The Chinese and Asian impact on Russian nuclear policy

Asia, where nuclear powers already interact (including North Korea), exerts a growing influence on the thinking and policy underlying Russia's current and future nuclear (and overall defense) posture. China's rise is forcing Russia into a greater reliance on strategic offensive weapons and tactical nuclear weapons. These in turn will reinforce its opposition to US missile defenses, not only in Europe but also in Asia. Russia must now entertain the possibility of nuclear use in regional conflicts that would otherwise remain purely conventional. It cannot be postulated blindly that nuclear weapons serve no discernible purpose other than to deter nuclear attacks by other nuclear powers. The strategic equation in Asia and in the Russian Far East convincingly demonstrates the falsity of this approach. Nuclear weapons will be the essential component of Russia's regional defense policy if not of its overall policies – and this also includes contingencies in Europe.     

Are non‐lethal weapons a viable military option to strengthen the hearts and minds approach in Afghanistan?

Commanders of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) have repeatedly stressed the hearts and minds approach in Afghanistan, in saying that the human terrain is decisive for a successful outcome of the mission. Avoidance of civilian casualties is considered of strategic importance, and by nature highly dependent on the management of tactical level Escalation of Force (EoF) situations. Non‐lethal weapons (NLWs) are expected to enable tactical commanders to avoid innocent civilian casualties in such situations. This article considers a selected NLW on its potential to accomplish this requirement. It uses a defence technology assessment approach to analyse EoF situations experienced by Dutch ISAF forces in which the NLW is inserted. The analysis demonstrates that a range of contextual factors in the Afghanistan high‐risk environment tend to narrow down the window of opportunity for the NLW to help defuse the risk of unintended civil casualties.

公寓房是我军住房保障体系的重要组成部分,其中又以小户型公寓房为主体,加强小户型公寓的设计研究对提高其保障效能具有现实意义。解读军队公寓住房建筑设计方案竞赛一等奖作品,指出小户型公寓采用一梯两户多层的形式在营造营区环境、降低建筑全寿命费用、改善室内舒适度等方面具有比较优势;应合理分配小户型公寓房面积,适当提高卫浴和厨房所占面积比例,控制客厅和卧室规模;应在门厅空间布局与卫浴空间分室设置、储藏空间多样化、布置多用途小空间、管井集中出户等方面提高设计的精细化程度。     

协同OFDM放大前传空时编码系统中的功率分配

改进的TOPSIS法在雷达干扰资源分配中的应用

对雷达进行侦查是干扰雷达的前提,由于侦查无法得到精确的实际雷达工作参数,而只能得到一个工作参数区间,因此属性值为确定值的多属性决策方法是不适用的.从多个属性出发,提出改进的基于逼近理想解排序的TOPSIS法,针对属性权重信息不完全且属性值为区间数的特征,将多属性决策问题运用到雷达干扰资源分配中来,对雷达干扰资源进行优选配置,通过多个无线传感器干扰节点协同干扰,使其达到最佳的干扰效果.
